§ 156.174 PLACEMENT OF ACCESSORY BUILDINGS.
   Accessory buildings as herein defined may be placed according to the following standards.
   (A)   Accessory buildings may be built in a required rear yard; but the accessory building shall not be nearer than 10 feet to the main building, nearer than 3 feet to any side or rear lot line, or nearer than 5 feet to any alley abutting the rear of the lot.
   (B)   Accessory buildings, which are to be used for storage purposes only, may be erected upon a lot prior to the construction of the main buildings, but no accessory building shall be used for a dwelling purpose.
   (C)   Accessory buildings other than carports and garages shall be located not less than 60 feet from the front lot line. Carports and garages shall conform to principal structure front setback requirements as designated by its district classification.
