§ 156.172 VISIBILITY AT INTERSECTIONS.
   On a corner lot in any residential district, no planting, structure, fence, wall, or obstruction to vision between 3 and 8 feet above the street level shall be placed or maintained within a triangular area branded by the street property lines of the corner lot and a line connecting the points 25 feet distant from the intersection of the property lines of the lot. Open wire fences (chain link, hog wire, lawn fence, and the like) up to 4 feet high are exempt.
