§ 156.020 USE DISTRICTS.

   For the purpose of this chapter, the City of Raton has created the following districts:

   (A)   R-HZ Rural Holding Zone;

   (B)   R-1 Residential District;

   (C)   R-4 Residential District;

   (D)   R-5   Residential District;

   (E)   RM-1 Multi-Family District;

   (F)   MHS Mobile Home Subdivision;

   (G)   MHP Mobile Home Park;

   (H)   R-O-I Residential, Office, and Institutional District;

   (I)   C-1 Central Business District;

   (J)   C-2 General Commercial District;

   (K)   C-3 General and Highway Servicing District;

   (L)   C-4 Rural Commercial District;
