§ 155.03 APPLICATIONS.
   (A)   Application for license.
      (1)   Application for initial mobile home park license shall be filed with the City Manager or the Building Inspector. The application shall be in writing, signed by the applicant, and shall include the following:
         (a)   The name and address of the applicant;
         (b)   The location and legal description of the mobile home park; and
         (c)   Any further information as may be requested by the City Manager or the Building Inspector to enable him or her to determine if the proposed park will comply with legal requirements.
      (2)   The annual license fee shall be established by the City Commission.
   (B)   Application for permit.
      (1)   Application for a mobile home park permit shall be filed with the City Manager or the Building Inspector. The application and all accompanying plans and specifications shall be filed in triplicate.
      (2)   The Planning Commission shall review the application and the proposed plans and specifications. All plans shall be in accordance with all pertinent sections of the Raton Zoning Ordinance.
   (C)   Application for renewal license. Upon application in writing by a licensee for renewal of an operating license and upon payment of the annual license fee, the City Manager or the Building Inspector shall issue a certificate renewing the license for another year, upon the inspection and approval of the park by an inspection committee designated by the City Commission.
   (D)   Application for transfer of license. Upon application in writing for transfer of an operating license and payment of the transfer fee, the City Manager or the Building Inspector may issue a transfer of the license upon approval of the City Commission.
