§ 154.071 BUFFER STRIPS.
   (A)   It is required that in residential districts a buffer strip at least 100 feet in depth in addition to the normal lot depth required be provided adjacent to all railroad right-of-ways, limited access highway right-of-ways and commercial developments.
   (B)   This strip may be a part of the platted lots, but shall have the following restrictions lettered on the face of the plat: “This strip reserved for the planting of trees or shrubs by the developer or owner- The building of structures hereon is prohibited.” This shall not apply to marginal access (service) roads.
