Subdividers submitting an application for approval of a preliminary plat or a final plat for approval shall pay a subdivision review fee according to the following schedule and rate.
(A) Preliminary subdivision plat. Two dollars fifty cents per lot for the first 10 lots, with an additional fee of $1.50 per lot in excess of the first 10 lots; provided that no subdivision review fee for a preliminary subdivision plat shall be less than $25.
(B) Final subdivision plat. Two dollars fifty cents per lot for the first 10 lots, with an additional $1.50 per lot in excess of the first 10 lots; provided that the minimum charge will be $25.
(C) Land division sketch plan. Land division sketch plan fee shall be $25.
