(A) No final plat of land within the force and effect of an existing zoning ordinance will be approved unless it conforms with the ordinance.
(B) Whenever there is a discrepancy or conflict between minimum standards or dimensions in this chapter and those contained in zoning regulations, a building code, or other official rules and regulations of the city for land within the city, the highest or most restrictive standard shall apply.
