§ 154.001 TITLE; AUTHORITY FOR ADOPTION.
   (A)   This chapter shall be known, referred to, and cited as “The Land Subdivision Regulations of the City of Raton, New Mexico.”
   (B)   These land subdivision regulations are adopted under the authority granted by NMSA § 3-19-6.
