The City Commission shall at the next regular meeting after the receipt of a report of a dangerous building under §§ 151.20 et seq. or at a special meeting called for that purpose, consider the report, take the evidence from any interested party as may be offered, and after due consideration shall determine by resolution whether any building or structure, or any part thereof, referred to in the report of the Fire Chief, Building Inspector, or other person appointed by the Commission, as a dangerous building and a nuisance, as those terms are in §§ 151.20 et seq. defined, and should, therefore, be abated.
