The Fire Chief, Building Inspector, or some competent person appointed by the City Commission, shall make not less than semiannual inspection of the buildings located within the city or at the other time as may be requested by the City Commission and shall immediately report to the City Commission each and all the dangerous buildings or structures, with a description of the real estate upon which the same are located, the names of the owners thereof, the tenants therein, if any, together with their respective addresses if they are known or can be by him or her ascertained. He or she shall also designate in the report the conditions which exist in the buildings referred to which cause the same to become dangerous or nuisances under the provisions of §§ 151.20 et seq., and shall file the report with the City Clerk/Treasurer.
