§ 151.04 MECHANICAL CODE.
   (A)   The city does hereby adopt, for the purpose of providing complete requirements for the installation and maintenance of heating, ventilating, cooling, and refrigeration systems, and to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the people in the city, that certain code known as the Uniform Mechanical Code, 1973 Edition, of the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials, and the International Conference of Building Officials, together with all subsequent editions, revisions, additions, or amendments thereto. The code is hereby adopted by reference in its entirety and incorporated as fully as if set out herein.
   (B)   A copy of the mechanical code shall at all reasonable times be available and subject to inspection in the office of the City Clerk/Treasurer.
