§ 151.03 PLUMBING CODE.
   (A)   The city does hereby adopt, for the purpose of establishing a minimum standard of plumbing installation, service, and operation of sanitary plumbing systems, and to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the people in the city, that certain code known as the Plumbing Code of the State of New Mexico (Uniform Plumbing Code, 1976 Edition, of the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials) together with all subsequent editions, revisions, additions, or amendments thereto adopted by the State of New Mexico. The code is hereby adopted by reference in its entirety and incorporated as fully as if set out herein.
   (B)   A copy of the plumbing code shall at all reasonable times be available and subject to inspection in the office of the City Clerk/Treasurer.
