§ 151.02 ELECTRICAL CODE.
   (A)   The city does hereby adopt, for the purpose of regulating the installation of electrical wiring and apparatus for safety to life and property, that certain code known as the 1976 Electrical Code of the State of New Mexico, accepted by the State Electrical Board and approved by the State Construction Industries Commission, together with all subsequent editions, revisions, additions, or amendments thereto adopted by the State of New Mexico. The code is hereby adopted by reference in its entirety and incorporated as fully as if set out herein. The electrical code adopted by this section is based upon the National Electrical Code, 1975 Edition, of the National Fire Protection Association.
   (B)   A copy of the electrical code shall at all reasonable times be available and subject to inspection in the office of the City Clerk/Treasurer.
