§ 130.160 PERMISSIBLE FIREWORKS.
   The following are permissible fireworks within the City of Raton:
   (A)   Cone fountains;
   (B)   Crackling devices;
   (C)   Cylindrical fountains;
   (D)   Fitter sparklers;
   (E)   Ground spinners;
   (F)   Illuminating torches; and
   (G)   Toy smoke devices and wheels.
