§ 130.098 EMBEZZLEMENT.
   (A)   Embezzlement consists of the embezzling or converting to his or her own use of anything of a value of $250 or less, with which he or she has been entrusted, with fraudulent intent to deprive the owner thereof.
   (B)   Whoever commits embezzlement is guilty of violating this section.
