§ 130.094 WRONGFUL ENTRY OF PUBLIC FACILITY.
   (A)   For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      PUBLIC FACILITY. Any building, structure, or enclosure used for a public purpose or as a place of public gathering, owned or under the control of the state or 1 of its political subdivisions, or a religious, charitable, educational, or recreational association.
   (B)   Wrongful entry of a public facility consists of knowingly entering any public facility without permission of the lawful custodian when the facility is not open to the public.
   (C)   Whoever commits wrongful entry of public facility is guilty of violating this section.
