§ 130.092 CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY.
   (A)   Criminal damage to private property consists of intentionally damaging to a value of less than $1,000 any real or personal property of another without the consent of the owner of the property.
   (B)   Criminal damage to public property consists of intentionally damaging to a value of less than $1,000 any real or personal property of the city, the county, the state, or the United States Government without the consent of the owner thereof.
   (C)   Whoever commits criminal damage to private property or criminal damage to public property is guilty of violating this section.
