§ 130.076 ENTICEMENT OF CHILD.
   (A)   Enticement of child consists of either:
      (1)   Enticing, persuading, or attempting to persuade a child under the age of 16 years to enter a vehicle, building, room, or secluded place with intent to commit an act which would constitute a crime under NMSA Chapter 30, Art. 9; or
      (2)   Having possession of a child under the age of 16 years in any vehicle, building, room, or secluded place with intent to commit an act which would constitute a crime under NMSA Chapter 30, Art. 9.
   (B)   Whoever commits enticement of a child is guilty of violating this section.
