§ 130.005 FALSE REPORTS.

(A) False reports consist of making or willfully causing to be made any false report or complaint to the Police Department, or any officer thereof, knowing the same to be false, or with the intention to harass or injure any other person.

(B) Whoever commits false reports is guilty of violating this section.
