§ 115.07 POLICE INSPECTIONS.

The Chief of Police is hereby directed to make periodic inspections of all businesses licensed/registered hereunder, to determine whether all laws of the State of New Mexico and ordinances of the City of Raton are being observed, to ascertain whether public order and decency are being maintained, and to investigate complaints arising from the operation thereof.
