§ 115.03 DISPLAY OF LICENSE OR REGISTRATION.
   It shall be the duty of the City Clerk/Treasurer to provide a suitable license/registration to be furnished to all affected businesses, and the document shall be prominently displayed at the place of business therein concerned.
