§ 114.44 FINDING APPLICANT NOT EXEMPT.

   If the City Manager finds the applicant not exempt under the terms of §§ 114.15 et seq. and 114.40 et seq., the Lodgers’ Tax Ordinance, he or she shall, not more than 10 days after receipt of the application, advise the applicant of his or her decision and give the reasons therefor.
