§ 114.42 REVIEW OF APPLICATION.
   The City Manager shall review applications for license within 10 days of receipt thereof and grant the license in due course if he or she finds the applicant is doing business subject to the lodgers’ tax imposed by §§ 114.15 et seq. and 114.40 et seq.
