§ 113.37 DUTY TO TRANSPORT PASSENGERS SAFELY BY MOST DIRECT ROUTE; DUTY TO ACCEPT PASSENGERS.
   (A)   The driver of any taxicab licensed under this chapter shall transport any passenger engaging the same safely and expeditiously to his or her destination in the most direct and accessible route.
   (B)   No driver shall refuse or neglect to convey any orderly person, upon request, unless previously engaged.
