§ 113.36 APPEARANCE AND DEMEANOR; OPENING DOORS AND HANDLING BAGGAGE.

All drivers of taxicabs licensed under this chapter shall be neat, clean, and courteous at all times while on duty. Drivers shall open the doors for passengers and shall handle baggage when necessary.
