It shall be unlawful for any person engaged in the business of pawnbroker, junk dealer, or secondhand dealer to keep the place of business open for business or transact any business at the place of business between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. of the following day, and it shall be the duty of the person so engaged in the business to keep the place of business closed between the above- mentioned hours.
