§ 111.02 POSSESSION OF LICENSE NO BAR TO PROSECUTION.
   The possession of a license issued by the City Clerk/Treasurer pursuant to this code or under the provisions of any other ordinance of the city shall constitute no bar to any prosecution authorized by this chapter.
