§ 110.04 MARKING ON STREETS OR SIDEWALKS PROHIBITED; EXCEPTION.

It shall be unlawful for any person to advertise, or attempt to advertise, by marking or painting on any of the streets or sidewalks within the city, without permission of the City Manager.
