§ 110.03 DESTROYING LAWFUL POSTERS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to wrongfully and maliciously tear down, deface, or cover up any posted advertisement or bill within the city of any other person during the time the sign or advertisement is lawfully posted and is of value.
