§ 110.01 GENERALLY.

It shall be unlawful within the city for any person to distribute, place, or post in or upon public property any showcard, poster, brochure, circular, handbill, or other advertising device, or to distribute, place, or post in or upon private property, including utility poles, any matter without the express consent of the owner.
