§ 96.09 ADMINISTRATIVE AGENCY.
   The City Manager is hereby designated the administrative agency charged with the duty of administering and enforcing the regulations prescribed in this chapter. The duties of the City Manager shall include that of hearing and deciding all permits under § 96.07, but the City Manager shall not have or exercise any of the powers or duties herein delegated to the Airport Board of Appeals.
