§ 96.02 ZONES; GENERALLY.

(A) In order to carry out the purposes of this chapter, all of the land within the boundaries of the airport and within 2 miles of the landing area of the airport is hereby divided into airport approach zones, airport turning zones, and airport transition zones.

(B) The boundaries are shown on the Raton Municipal Airport Layout Plan dated August, 1978, as approved by the F.A.A. on 3-16-1979, which is on file in the office of the City Clerk/Treasurer.
