§ 93.139 REMOVAL BY CITY.

If any obstruction existing in violation of §§ 93.135 et seq. is not destroyed, removed, or trimmed to comply with the requirements of §§ 93.135 et seq. within 5 days from the date of notice, the Chief of Police shall destroy, remove, or trim the obstruction and the cost shall be assessed against the property on which the obstruction exists.
