§ 93.137 ENFORCEMENT.

The Chief of Police is charged with the enforcement of §§ 93.135 et seq. and, to that end, the Chief of Police, or any city officer or employee authorized by him or her, may enter upon private property within the city at reasonable hours for the purpose of determining if there is any violation of §§ 93.135 et seq.
