(A) East-west streets lying west of Santa Fe Railway. On each street lying west of the Santa Fe railroad tracks running easterly and westerly, the numbers shall start at First Street at number 100. The even numbers shall be on the north side of the street and the odd numbers shall be on the south side of the street. Any building on any street lying between First Street and the Santa Fe railroad tracks shall take its proper number between numbers 1 and 100.

(B) North-south streets west of Santa Fe Railway. On each street lying on the west side of the Santa Fe railroad tracks running northerly and southerly, Park Avenue shall be taken as the division street. The odd numbers shall be on the east side of the street and the even numbers shall be on the west side of the street. The numbers shall start at number 100 at the north side of Park Avenue, and shall start at number 100 on the south side of Park Avenue.

(C) Streets east of Santa Fe Railway. The numbering of the buildings lying east of the Santa Fe railroad tracks shall be as follows. On each street running more easterly and westerly than northerly and southerly, the numbers shall start at number 100 at the most westerly end of the street. The odd numbers shall be on the southerly side of the street and the even numbers shall be on the northerly side of the street. On each street running more northerly and southerly than easterly and westerly the numbers shall start at number 100 at the most southerly end of the street. The odd numbers shall be on the westerly side of the street and the even numbers shall be on the easterly side of the street.
