One hundred numbers shall be allowed for the distance of each block on each street. The even numbers shall be on 1 side of the street and the odd numbers shall be on the opposite side of the street. Each lot frontage of 25 feet shall be allowed 2 numbers, except in blocks running over 25 lots on 1 side, in which case only 1 number shall be allowed to every 25 feet of lot frontage.
