§ 93.120 OWNERS TO PLACE NUMBERS ON BUILDINGS; SIZE OF NUMBERS.
   The owner of each residence or business building in the city shall cause to be placed upon the building a proper street number, the number to be in legible and permanent characters, each 1 of which shall be not less than 3 inches in height and proportionately wide.
