§ 91.18 PERMITS REQUIRED TO STORE CERTAIN SUBSTANCES.

The storage of flammable or combustible liquids in outside above-ground storage tanks, storage of liquified petroleum gas, compressed natural gas, stationary tanks of flammable cryogenic fluids, and hazardous materials shall be by permit only and shall not be located within 2,000 feet of any residential boundary.
