§ 91.16 ENFORCEMENT AND DUTIES OF THE OFFICE OF THE FIRE CHIEF.
   (A)   The codes as adopted and amended herein shall be enforced by the office of the Fire Chief or his or her designee in the Fire Department of the City of Raton.
   (B)   The Chief of the Fire Department shall recommend to the Raton City Manager the employment of technical inspectors, who, when the authorization is made, shall be selected through an examination to determine their fitness for the position.
