(A) Fire Zone One of the city shall be that area bounded by Savage Avenue on the north, Apache Avenue on the south, the Santa Fe Railway Company railroad tracks on the east, and the alley immediately west of Third Street on the west.
(B) The remainder of the city shall be Fire Zone Three.
