(A) Adoption by reference. Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the 2010 New Mexico Uniform Traffic Ordinance, being a traffic code, comprising §§ 12-1-1 through 12-13-6 inclusive, together with all future amendments, corrections, deletions or additions is adopted by reference, pursuant to NMSA § 3-17-6.
(B) Ordinance available for inspection. A copy of the 2010 New Mexico Uniform Traffic Ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the Municipal Clerk at 224 Savage Avenue, Raton, New Mexico, during the Municipal Clerk’s normal and regular business hours.
(C) Copies available for purchase. A copy of the City of Raton 2010 New Mexico Traffic Ordinance or any portion thereof may be purchased from the Municipal Clerk upon request and payment of a reasonable charge.
