§ 54.18 BASIC WATER RATE SCHEDULES DURING WATER SHORTAGE EMERGENCY.
   (A)   During any water shortage emergency under §§ 54.15 et seq., the schedules of basic rates to be charged for the use of the water facilities of the city by all users thereof shall consist of a minimum monthly charge per meter together with charges for the quantity of water used per month and shall be charged monthly per meter commencing with the first meter reading after the declaration of a water shortage emergency and continuing thereafter during the duration of the water shortage emergency, as follows.
      (1)   Water rates inside the city limits during water shortage emergency.

   None
   plus $3 fixed charge per meter (no    minimum)
Gallons of water used up by domestic need
   plus $1 per 1,000 gallons
Gallons of water used within seasonal allowance
   plus $2 per 1,000 gallons
Gallons of water used in excess of conservation allocation
   plus $10 per 1,000 gallons
 
      (2)   Water rates outside the city limits during water shortage emergency.

   None
   plus $3.60 fixed charge per meter (no minimum)
Gallons of water used up by domestic need
   plus $1.20 per 1,000 gallons
Gallons of water used within seasonal allowance
   plus $2.40 per 1,000 gallons
Gallons of water used in excess of conservation allocation
plus $12 per 1,000 gallons
 
   (B)   The basic water rate schedules in this section, and the other provisions of §§ 54.15 et seq., shall supersede the provisions of § 53.036 during any water shortage emergency under §§ 54.15 et seq.
