If at any time the Manager or the Board of Directors of the Raton Public Service Company deems that any meter and meter accessories currently installed inside of any residence or building should be removed to the outside of the building in order to enable the company, its agents, and employees to properly inspect, read, and repair the electric meter and meter accessories and maintain it’s the service at the place, the company shall give written notice to the person using the meter, by personal service or by registered mail with return receipt requested, that the person shall, within 30 days from receipt of the notice, remove the meter and meter accessories to the outside of the building, and that the same shall be installed on the outside of the building, and that the same shall be installed on the outside of the residence or building under the supervision of the company.
