§ 52.04 RIGHTS, DUTIES, OBLIGATIONS, LIABILITIES, AND THE LIKE OF THE COMPANY.
   The company will use reasonable diligence to supply steady and continued electric service at the point of delivery, but will not be liable to customer for any damages occasioned by irregularities or interruptions. The company may, without further notice, discontinue service to any customer when a defective condition of wiring or equipment upon the premises of the customer results, or is likely to result, in danger to life or property or interference with proper service. In order to make repairs or changes in the company’s facilities for supplying electric service, or some other emergency, the company reserves the right without incurring any liability therefor to suspend service without notice to the customer for the periods as may be reasonably necessary.
