§ 34.41 RIGHT TO TELEPHONE CALLS.
   Following arrest for any alleged violation of any provision of this code or other ordinance of the city, any accused person is entitled to have reasonable opportunity to make 3 telephone calls, not later than 20 minutes after the time of arrival at the police station, sheriff’s office, or other place of detention. Nothing in this section limits any right to make telephone calls at any time later than 20 minutes after the time of arrival at the police station, sheriff’s office, or other place of detention.
