Grantee may at any time abandon the rights and authorities granted hereunder; provided, that six (6) months' written notice of intention to abandon is given to Grantor. Grantor may require the removal of Grantee's poles, wires and other facilities from public roads and rights of way within a reasonable period of time after such abandonment becomes effective.
