Grantee, its successors and assigns, shall have the right to sell, transfer or assign this franchise with the consent of Grantor, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. All provisions, conditions, regulations and requirements herein contained shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the successors and assigns of the parties hereto. (Ord. 310, 5-8-1990)
