12-8-1: TITLE AMENDMENTS:
The provisions of this Title may be amended by the Council, upon recommendation of the Commission, after a public hearing is held by both the Commission and the Council. All public hearings shall be advertised and held according to Section 12-3-1-6 of this Title. (Ord. 350, 3-31-1994)
