A. Notice Of Hearing: Requirements for Notice: It shall be the responsibility of the Administrator to prepare the notices of public hearing and publish, mail, and post the same in accordance with the requirements as stated in the most recently approved Resolution containing the Land Use Public Hearing Procedures subject matter. The subdivider shall bear the actual cost of publication and mailing.
B. Continuance Of Hearing: Any hearing by the commission may be continued to the next regular meeting of the commission at the discretion of the commission. (Ord. 609, 8-10-2022)
