A. County Recorder:
1. Upon approval of short subdivision, the applicant shall transmit a copy of the approved application and plans to the county recorder for filing. The applicant shall pay all recording costs required by the county recorder.
2. No short subdivision required by this chapter shall be recorded by the county recorder until such short subdivision has received approval by the planning and zoning commission and city council.
B. City: The applicant shall forward one (1) reproduced mylar original and one (1) electronic conformed copy of the recorded subdivision in PDF format or such other electronic format as may be requested by the City. (Ord. 609, 8-10-2022)
